capitalh might be a good fit; we are always enthusiastic about the prospect of villains with their own dastardly plots to bring to the table, and we could always use more mutant zombie nonsense around these parts. It's probably on the slowish side of medium paced (perhaps? I don't really know how to judge this kind of thing any more to be honest – but personally I always have plenty to do without being overwhelmed), and very backtag friendly. There's some ongoing mod plot, although since the game is pretty new it's still in the Mysterious Background Plot stages, and there are some player plots incubating that are shaping up to become ongoing aspects of the setting.

Capital H is an AU game, which obviously isn't up everybody's street, but, being as it's a superhero game with a sort of general sci-fi/fantasy/whatever kitchen sink sort of setting, you likely wouldn't have to alter the background/powers of a character like Wesker much if at all in order to drop him in it.

i am not 100% certain if i can sell you on this, but i will attempt regardless! afterliving is dreamwidth, comm-based, slow to medium paced with a lot of backtagging, 20 comments for ac bimonthly, and is set in the afterlife. of course, characters do not have their powers immediately and are lost at first - it takes two months for them to regain it, more or less unless their powers are item-based, then it may take even longer - but you can totally app characters as a duo - i am guessing it's split personality? if i'm wrong, then forget this comment, haha - and there's no forced humanization as far as that's concerned.

HI! I play female!Robin over at saudade_rpg, which a small, slow paced game loosely based in Kingdom Hearts*. There seems to be an adventure element, though the game is new enough that not much has happened.

* As in, it has multiple worlds and Darkness and some of the mechanics from the series, but is friendly to people like me who only know KH as 'Disney meets Final Fantasy: the Game' and doesn't really use the events of the game or any of the existing setting (though it does have a mission element to other worlds).

It's is a medium to slow paced game (when events happen it tends to be fast paced, really it's all over the scale) set in a twisted version of Wonderland.. Generally mod and character plots show up every other week or so. It ranges from fluffy funny stuff to dark horror; the genre is basically what you make of it. As the mods say: "It gives you opportunities to cover the serious, silly, sad, sexy and everything in-between."

There's also the fun part of the mirror world which is completely optional, where a twisted version of your character lurks.

As of late we have quite a lot of Marvel characters apping in and reserving. From 616 to MCU. We also have the original musketeers if that might interest you!

Well I've got two potential games for Brienne, which coincidentally, I'm both in. But since teleios is a bit slice of life...

eachdraidh mighe be fun for her. It's a fantasy setting rich with magic and fairies and stuff. It's still new, but it doesn't seem like it'll be SoL. Characters are able to go out questing and from the shape of things, there might be some real conflict of the two courts fighting each other. Plus we've got a sizable cast of characters for her to play off of.

tentative, but looking for a game that's vampire friendly!
