May I suggest tushanshu to you? We're more slow-medium in terms of pace, very backtag friendly (we have a wide range of timezones represented in game, so backtagging is our staple) and no power nerfing. We're also split pretty evenly between network and logs, so prose gets used quite often.

We recently completed an in-game reboot with a new metaplot and new modteam, shifting the focus to characters impacting on significant scale the world around them. The setting is very malleable and defined by player choice, and is primarily about exploration and politics related to trying to build up a nation after a long era of war. We also have a regular event schedule with an itinerary posted at the start of every month and includes all the major events in that time, but with room for downtime in between; here's the one for March as an example.

We've got a pretty large Who cast and it fits your other preferences really well. it's low AC, medium paced and it's got an over reaching slower moving plot. The Warehouse is a panfandom game set in the Warehouse 13/Eureka universe (you don't have to be familiar with either show to join, though). We're slow-paced and do tend more to the slice-of-life end of things, but we have occasional Artifact plots to spice things up, and there's a meta plot starting to creep in around the edges.

Castmate-wise, the closest thing we have is a handful of P4 kids. But any of your list would be welcome! (Be the first, start a fashion.)

Amazingly, I have a game that hits every one of your prefs (except castmates)! May I offer you tushanshu? We're slow to medium and heavily backtag inclined (we have a wide spread of timezones in game -- two of the three mods are in Australia, for example). There's no power nerfing (except in the instance of game breaking), and the setting is pseudo-Chinese fantasy with some tech elements. We're currently split about 50/50 in terms of network versus log usage right now.

We recently completed an in-game reboot with a new metaplot and new modteam, shifting the focus to very malleable and defined by player choice, and is primarily about exploration and politics related to trying to build up a nation after a long era of war. We also have a regular event schedule with an itinerary posted at the start of every month and includes all the major events in that time, but with room for downtime in between; here's the one for March as an example.

Our AC check is only 15 comments a month, and those 15 can be collected across 1-3 threads. (So 5+5+5, or 7+8, or any combo, etc) which earns you 1 AC point. Additional activity above base earns you additional points, and these points get redeemed for IC rewards like plot reveals, canon possessions, NPC favours, etc.
